What is Rugiet Ready™ Troche?

Rugiet Ready™ Troche is a compounded dissolvable tablet combining three active ingredients: sildenafil, tadalafil, and apomorphine. It is intended only for men 18 years and older for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.

Important: Rugiet Ready™ Troche is a compounded medication. Although its ingredients have been FDAapproved for other uses, Ready™ Troche itself is NOT FDA-approved and has not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality for any use.

Ready Troche is not intended for regular/daily use. Do not stop taking this medication suddenly if you have been using it regularly. Rapid dose reduction can cause a serious withdrawal syndrome characterized by fever and confusion.

  • Sildenafil and Tadalafil are PDE5 inhibitors FDA-approved to treat erectile dysfunction.
  • Apomorphine works on dopamine receptors in the brain to help with erections.

How to Take Rugiet Ready™ Troche

  1. Take one tablet 15-30 minutes before planned sexual activity (30 minutes is recommended for best results).
  2. Place the tablet under your tongue and allow it to fully dissolve. DO NOT CHEW OR SWALLOW.
  3. As the tablet dissolves, the medication is absorbed directly into your bloodstream for faster results than swallowing a pill.
  4. The medication will not work unless you are sexually aroused.

Important Usage Notes

  • Maximum dose: One dose every 24 hours
  • How long it lasts: Effects typically last 24-36 hours (tadalafil can remain in your system for up to 36 hours)
  • Kissing: Wait at least 10 minutes for the tablet to completely dissolve before kissing to avoid passing medication to your partner
  • Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place at room temperature
  • STI Protection: This medication does NOT protect against sexually transmitted infections (including HIV/AIDS). Use appropriate protection.
